※This service is not available to those who fall under the following contraindications. Please note that we may refuse or discontinue the service if any of the following contraindications apply. Those who are undergoing any other kind of treatment and have not obtained permission from a physician for the treatment. Those who have had a history of feeling unwell after receiving massages or head spas in the past. We are sorry, but we are unable to accommodate those who prefer strong pressure due to anatomy and brain science. We do not offer refunds in the event that the treatment is unavoidably interrupted for reasons such as sexual harassment or if the treatment is not to the customer's liking.
We refrain from talking during the treatment and it is usually a quiet environment. However, there may be some temporary noise due to the fact that we are located in a complex with children passing in front of the store.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us by the day before.
We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to rescheduling or canceling appointments. Reservations can be changed or cancelled for any reason up to the day before. *The following cancellation fees will apply if you cancel on the day of the appointment or shorten the course.
1st time: Staff transportation fee 2nd time: 50% of the reservation fee 3rd time: 100% of the reservation fee
We understand that there are various circumstances such as work schedule, sudden illness such as fever, sudden accident, misfortune of family members, natural disaster, etc. Therefore, we will only charge the transportation fee incurred by the staff for the first time, and the loss incurred by the salon will be fully exempted, regardless of the reason.
However, we are sorry to say that after the first time, we will charge you a cancellation fee as stated above.If you are late for more than 10 minutes without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee.Please contact us if you cancel on the day of your reservation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
