Terms of Use and Contraindications If any of the following contraindications apply, we may refuse or cancel the treatment for safety reasons. Pregnant women Heart or brain disease Patients with varicose veins, phlebitis, or other blood disorders Patients with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, athlete's foot, sores, or infection Those who have just undergone plastic surgery or operation Those who have just suffered a sprain, bruise, dislocation, whiplash, or other injury Patients who weigh more than 100 kg Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or changes made before 24 hours prior to your appointment are free of charge. • A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations or changes made after 24 hours prior to your appointment time. • Please note that all times are based on Japan Standard Time (JST).
