If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened.

Please note that if more than 10 minutes pass without any notice, your reservation will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

We try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to rescheduling or canceling appointments. Reservations can be changed or cancelled for any reason up to the day before. *The following cancellation fees will apply if you cancel on the day of the appointment or shorten the course. 1st time: Staff transportation fee 2nd time: 50% of the reservation fee 3rd time: 100% of the reservation feeWe understand that there may be various circumstances, such as work, sudden illness (fever, etc.), sudden accident, family disaster, natural disaster, etc. For the first time, we will only charge the transportation cost incurred by the staff, and the loss incurred by the salon will be fully exempted, regardless of the reason.
 However, we are sorry to say that after the first time, we will charge you a cancellation fee as stated above.If you are late for more than 10 minutes without notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation fee.Please contact us if you cancel on the day of your reservation. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
